Korean Bulgogi

2 cups soy sauce
1 bunch green onions
4 tablespoons toasted sesame seeds
1/2 tablespoon sesame oil
1 (12 oz) beer
2 pounds thinly sliced beef chuck roast
1 head of romaine lettuce
2-4 cups cooked long grain rice

  1. mix soy, onions, sesame seeds, beer and oil. place meat in sauce.
  2. heat 1 tablespoon oil in large skillet over medium heat. fry beef strips for about 5 minutes.
  3. serve beef with rice and lettuce leaves. spoon some rice and beef into lettuce leaf, fold in the sides and rull up to the top to make a bag of bulgogi.

marinade beef overnight for best results
