In the billing section of the order form, they'll see a field called "TiVo Code," where they must type in YOUR TiVo Serial Number. The TiVo Serial Number is a 15-digit number beginning with 000, 002 or 010. It can be found on your TiVo. Simply go to TiVo Central, select "Messages & Setup," then select "System Information."
