marty is sitting on the couch of a neighbor's house feeding anthony. the four year old boy, ben, who lives there climbs onto the couch and starts trying to look at what anthony is doing. |

what do you need ben?
NEIGHBOR BOY BEN
what are you doing?
MARTY
i'm nursing anthony.
NEIGHBOR BOY BEN
can i see?
MARTY
uhhm. i'm going to say no right now because he's still nursing and i don't want to disturb him.
(later, when anthony is no longer nursing ben returns.)
NEIGHBOR BOY BEN
can i see now?
MARTY
see what?
NEIGHBOR BOY BEN
your elbows.
(marty shows the boy her elbows.)
NEIGHBOR BOY BEN
no. not those. those.
(ben points at marty's chest.)
MARTY
those aren't my elbows. those are my breasts.
NEIGHBOR BOY BEN
can i see them?
MARTY
uhhhm. i'm going to say no right now because they are kinda private.
(later when anthony is not nursing, ben is away and ben's mother is there.)
MARTY
so, why does ben call breasts elbows?
BEN'S MOTHER
because i guess that is what i told him they are called.
MARTY
and what does ben call his elbows?
BEN'S MOTHER
i think he calls them nipples.
