TROY
Holy hell do I not know how to spell bureaucratic.
MARTY
Colleague is mine.
TROY
Restaurant trips me up too.
MARTY
Oh me too on that.
TROY
I still remember Carrie Crider teaching me how to spell Wednesday in the sixth grade.
MARTY
Wed-nes-day. Yeah. That can be tricky.
TROY
I remember she pointed at my paper and asked “What’s that?” I said Wednesday. She then told me that is not how it is spelled and showed me. I even remember her sounding it out like you just did. Wed-nes-day.
MARTY
You should tell her that.
TROY
Who? What?
MARTY
Carrie Crider. Tell her she taught you how to spell Wednesday in the sixth grade. I bet she’d appreciate knowing that.

NOTE |
This is me telling Carrie Crider she taught me how to spell Wednesday in the sixth grade. I wonder if she has any helpful tricks for bureaucratic. |
